SURGINEX exists to make sure RNA medicines reach exactly where they're needed in the body. Our lipid nanoparticle (LNP) platform was built to solve the hardest problem in RNA medicine: precise delivery. But delivery is only the beginning. On top of this platform, our own therapeutic technologies carry us beyond delivery, into real treatment.

Our Science

SURGINEX takes on diseases long considered beyond the reach of treatment. The key is the freedom to control genes as needed. We express the genes that help the body fight back, and silence the ones that drive disease at its root. Add to this our ability to arm immune cells directly inside the body to target cancer, and we push the boundaries of treatment into places a single approach could never reach.

Our Platform

Everything we build stands on one foundation: our lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery platform, which carries RNA precisely to its target in the body. With ionizable lipids validated through non-human primate studies and our own lyophilization process, we solve the toughest challenge in RNA medicine, delivery, in a way that's uniquely ours.

On this foundation, three pillars grow together. Orchestra RNA carries mRNA and siRNA in a single construct, switching on the genes that should be expressed and silencing those that shouldn't. Our in vivo CAR-T arms immune cells directly inside the body to target cancer. From the single root of our delivery platform, different therapies branch outward, making Surginex one integrated engine for the next generation of RNA medicines.
