SURGINEX was founded in 2020 on the technology that determines whether a gene therapy succeeds or fails: the lipid nanoparticle (LNP). From day one, we set out to solve the hardest problem in the field, delivering genetic medicine safely and precisely to where it is needed.

Today we are building on that delivery platform to become a fully integrated gene therapy company, uniting sequence design, modified chemistry, and targeted delivery under one roof. Our ambition is In Vivo CAR-T, reprogramming immune cells directly inside the body.
